Two Trails is unique in the field of sustainability consulting, because our fee structure is based on size as opposed to percent of budget. Your budget or your certification level do not affect our fees. We have no hidden fees. We are always trying to achieve the highest certification possible for a project; remember, we understand construction. We look for cost effective, high return on investment items that are a part of the build process. If the client wants to strive for incorporating innovative technologies, we are well versed in what will work and what will be needed in a few more years in development to become a viable option.
