New Miami Beach Building Ordinance Requires USGBC LEED Certification
Miami Beach, Florida - The City Commission unanimously passed a new green building ordinance requiring any new residential or commercial construction/ major renovation over 7,000 SF to be minimum USGBC LEED Gold. Full details of the new building ordinance can be read below.
