Two Trails is also guiding the integration of advanced technologies like high-performance windows and doors, spray foam insulation, reflective insulation layers, and air-sealing innovations such as Aeroseal and AeroBarrier. Additionally, they are overseeing the selection and verification of HVAC, ventilation, and water heating systems to balance efficiency with comfort. Beyond design, the firm is responsible for measurement and verification, providing detailed performance reporting to confirm that the finished home delivers on its sustainability promises.
