Completed in Fall of 2018, Porsche South Orlando is Orlando, Florida’s new premier luxury Porsche dealership and service center. This dealership and its management have much to offer the central Florida area, and seek to offer the services of Porsche South Orlando to all, not just Porsche owners. Through these improvements in design and construction, the building’s overall energy use and water use has been decreased significantly. Energy consumption is 1,410,851 kWh per year, which, based on ASHRAE 90.1 standards, will provide Porsche South Orlando with energy savings of 30.64%. Other sustainability measures that this building has applied are a decrease of its potable water usage by 53.23% and the achievement of an 86.06% diversion rate of construction waste.
